CANCELLATION POLICY

Written notice for any cancellation is required.

Any cancellation 60 days before the event date : 50% of the fee will be forfeited.

Cancellation will be processed with written notice and refundable 30 days after the event.

Any cancellation 30 days before the event date : the fee is non-refundable.
